It's great to hear from my customers about what you like, what you don't like, what's working, what's not, and what you would like to have available.

Feedback on both the site and the products are welcomed. I will be adding customer feedback to the strings pages to help people choose the best strings for their application.

I don't have a special form for this, but if you're offering your opinion on a product, please let me know what your instrument is like, what kind of music you're playing, and specifically what you like or dislike.

Examples:
Feedback that's not as useful: "The #300 strings are no good, but I like the #200ph strings."
Useful Feedback: "The #300 strings are too quiet for playing flamenco on my cheap classical guitar, but the #200ph strings really bring up the volume and brightness, making it sound almost as good as my flamenco guitar."
